7x Sitecore MVP

🎂 Celebrating my 7th consecutive year as a Sitecore MVP. This year,  announced on my birthday, which feels rather fitting!

Huge thanks to the Sitecore team and the brilliant MVP community for this recognition. It's an honour to be part of a group that prioritises genuine knowledge-sharing over noise.

This past year, I've had the privilege of speaking with dozens of Sitecore customers navigating a rapidly shifting landscape. AI is changing workflows, tooling, and expectations -  but it's not changing everything.

What I'm hearing consistently: companies are craving partnership over pitch. They want transparency, strategic guidance, and collaborators who understand their business deeply enough to help them find their Blue Ocean—not just deploy technology.

The era of hyperbole and feature-chasing is ending. Long-term success now requires genuine curiosity about what customers are truly trying to accomplish, and the strategic patience to help them get there.

Grateful for every conversation, every challenge, and every opportunity to help organisations grow sustainably. Here's to another year of learning together!!

AND….if you have a 2026 goal to be a Sitecore MVP. Look for a mentor!
